Mark your calendar—Epicor Insights 2025 is happening May 4–8 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. If you’re a manufacturer looking to move from ideas to impact, this year’s theme says it all: Spark Action. It’s about turning inspiration into execution—and this is the event where that starts.

Insights brings together Epicor customers, partners, and industry leaders for three days packed with learning, networking, and future-focused energy. And this year’s lineup is next level—with entertainment from global superstar Pitbull and a keynote from none other than Deion “Prime Time” Sanders, NFL Hall of Famer and multifaceted media personality.

Facing Today’s Challenges Head-On

Between economic uncertainty, reshoring initiatives, and the drive for sustainability, manufacturers are navigating an increasingly complex environment. At Insights, you'll hear how your peers are facing these challenges directly—with sessions focused on resilience, data-driven improvement, and scaling innovation with purpose.

Spotlight on AI

One of the most exciting developments for our manufacturing customers is Prism, our groundbreaking agentic AI capability that’s redefining how manufacturers work with data. Whether it’s identifying patterns in real time or helping frontline workers make smarter decisions faster, Prism unlocks the full value of your operational data. If you’re wondering how AI can give your business a competitive advantage, from the front office to the factory floor, you won’t want to miss some of the AI sessions and hands-on labs Insights 2025 has to offer, including:

  • Trends in AI That Will Transform Your Business

That’s where the Connected Worker comes in—bringing together people, processes, and technology in a seamless digital thread. Insights 2025 will showcase how Epicor is helping companies empower their teams with mobile tools, real-time visibility, and guided workflows that spark action where it counts most—on the shop floor.  Some Connected Worker sessions that you will want to attend include:

  • An Introduction to Epicor Connected Process Control

Why Cloud Matters More Than Ever

At Insights 2025, you’ll see how Epicor in the cloud helps you stay secure, scalable, and future-ready—without the IT burden. Learn how customers like you are using cloud to unlock new efficiencies, access real-time data anywhere, and adapt faster to change. Whether you're just starting your cloud journey or ready to make the move, Insights has the sessions, experts, and success stories to guide you. More to Explore

Whenever I go to Insights, there are a few things I make sure to circle on my calendar—and this year is no different. Make sure to add these key events to your schedule:

The Executive Keynotes on Tuesday morning are always a highlight. They’re a great way to see where Epicor is headed while getting an early look at the innovative products and cutting-edge technology that can give your organization a competitive edge.

I also make a point to attend the Road Ahead sessions. These are some of my favorites—they give you a clear preview of what’s coming next in the products you use every day. It’s a useful way to start planning how to put those new capabilities to work when you get back to the plant.

I’m also planning to take advantage of the extended education sessions and hands-on labs—they’re a great way to build skills, get expert guidance, and walk away with practical tips I can use right away.

Of course, no trip to Insights is complete without spending time in the Solutions Pavilion.  Explore over 100 kiosks and booths featuring Epicor products, partners, and hands-on demos. Take time to walk around, ask questions, and explore. You never know what new tool or idea you’ll discover that could solve a challenge back at your facility.

This year, I’m especially excited to stop by Spark Central, where some of Epicor’s newest innovations will be on display. And I’ll definitely be checking out the Smart Factory Experience again—it’s a hands-on look at our shop floor solutions in action, and gives you a real-time view of  how Epicor tech comes to life on the plant floor.

What Makes Insights Special? The People.

One of the most valuable parts of Insights isn’t listed on the agenda—it’s the chance to connect with people. I still remember a conversation I had over coffee at last year’s event with a plant manager struggling with quality issues. We got talking about how others were tackling the same thing, and within 15 minutes, he had three new ideas and two new contacts to follow up with. That’s the power of this event.

Whether it’s chatting with an Epicor product expert (like me!) in the Solutions Pavilion, trading notes with another manufacturer during lunch, or attending a roundtable on a shared challenge, these conversations can spark real solutions—and build real momentum.

And of course, we’re bringing the fun—Pitbull’s high-energy performance will have everyone on their feet, and Deion Sanders’ keynote is guaranteed to leave you inspired and ready to act.
